Recognizing veterans and their service is something we consider both an honor and a privilege here at Silverado. In addition to being an important part of a resident or patient’s identity that can kindle a sense of pride, it gives their families and loved ones a special memory to hold onto.

Over the years Silverado has celebrated the service of many veterans, both through regular hospice programs such as “We Honor Veterans” as well as on holidays such as Veteran’s Day.  To help the brave service of veterans live on, we are sharing some of our favorite occasions where we were able to help pay or respects for bravely serving our nation.
