Nexus at Silverado is a specially designed program to help residents in the early stages of dementia build and maintain cognitive ability. Based in research and recent studies, the Nexus program is comprised of six pillars of activities in which residents will participate.

While Nexus' basis in research is key to defining the program, the most important part of Nexus is what it means to the residents and their families. Watch a short video about Nexus in action to see the real wonder of Nexus as a life-enriching tool.
