Friday Morning Out Club

 
Location : Encinitas

Every Friday morning from 10:00 am - 2:00pm

The Friday Morning Out Club is especially designed to meet the needs of individuals who are experiencing Mild Cognitive Impairment or early stages of memory loss. Under the guidance of professional staff and trained volunteers, club members meet weekly for a half-day of social interaction, community service projects and purposeful engagement within a nurturing, home-like environment.

Meets every Friday morning from 10:00am - 2:00pm. 

Club Members participate in:

-Recreational programs

-Weekly Service Projects

-Social Engagement

-Low Impact Exercises

-Group Discussions

Families are Offered:

-Personal time away with peace of mind

-Opportunities for support

-Educational Resources
