"My mom lived at Silverado in Plano for four years. Choosing an assisted facility was one of the hardest things my sister and I had to do. The staff here were attentive and personable with Mom and she had her favorites. Activities suited to the residents abilities were always available. She came in with her dog (there are also other animals that live there) and could smoke outside (helped to quit eventually, challenging to say the least).  Silverado is like any home, sometimes chaotic, often quiet. The admin staff is communicative and responsive to the family."
