Location : Plano

Recently, the Silverado team in Plano, Texas was so inspired by resident artist Paul Bierbrier that they hosted an exhibit featuring more than 25 pieces of his artwork, spanning six decades. The Art of P. Bierbrier exhibit and silent auction at Silverado Plano memory care community featured Bierbrier’s work, expressed in a variety of genres and mediums -- with a particular focus on abstracts in oil on canvas. The event — which also raised more than $1,200 for the Alzheimer’s Association — represents a practice central to Silverado’s care, which is enriching lives of those with dementia by helping residents experience the fulfillment of achievement, giving and engagement.
